3-2-1 lesson reflection

1) China started 1 child policy on 1979.

2) China stopped 1 child policy on 2013.

3) Singapore started 2 child policy on 1972.

2 perceptions:

1) It may take a long time before the policies to work.

2) All policies have long time effects.

1) Did the leaders in China think of the long time consequences before implementing the 1 child policy?
