3 things I have found out:
1) I found out that the 2 child policy Singapore had started in 1972 only a few years after her independence.
2) China has already stopped the 1 child policy implemented in 1976.
3) China fined couples who had a second child.
2 perceptions:
1) These policies take very long to be set up and removed as there are many long term implications.
2) No policy is perfect, each will have its own pros and cons.
1 question I have：
1) Why does Singapore want people to have more children when it is so so small now?
