3-2-1 lesson reflection (16 Feb)

Three things I found out:
1. China has changed its one child policy
2. Singapore had a two child policy since 1972
3. China started its one child policy in 1979

Two perceptions I have gained:
1. Both policies has its advantages and disadvantages so we cannot say which one it's better because it depends on what the country need and it varies with different countries.
2. The later the policy get changed, the longer that country get used to it

One question that I still have:
1. How does one child policy or two child policy affect the infrastructure of the country?
