Why must Singapore not be complacent in her achievements?
Singapore must not be complacent in her achievements because Singapire is a small country and could disappear easily as it is very vulnerable to any attacks, either external or internal like economics or war.
If Singapore is complacent, as it is a small country, it would stop moving forward and other countries, like China would overtake Singapore in many ways. Trade, education and so on. Also, if Singapore is complacent, no countries would want to work with it as it is too proud and there would be no point working with a country who is proud and does not want to progress on, thinking that they are already good enough.
If Singapore is not complacent, it would continue to progress on and more countries would work with her cause she is worth working with and Singapore would continue to progress on make the life of its people go up another standard and would continue to improve in the different placing in different ranking areas in the world.
Hence, Singapore must not be complacent in her achievements.
